YouGov/Sunday Times - CON 38, LAB 39, LD 11

Tonight's YouGov poll for the Sunday Times has topline figures of CON 38%, LAB 39%, LDEM 11%, Others 13%. A one point Labour lead is the lowest YouGov have shown since early September, three months ago.

The fieldwork for this poll was conducted between Thursday afternoon and Friday afternoon, so about half of it was done after the veto. This means that it is plausible that it could be the first sign of a boost for the Conservatives from the veto... but equally, it's very soon to see an effect and it could just be normal sample error. We'll have a better idea as polls conducted wholly after the veto start to appear next week.
