Rishi's Approvals Jump After Windsor Framework
New Favourability polling from YouGov is looking promising for Rishi Sunak. He's seen his net favourability climb by 13% in under a month (since February 19). Rishi's favourable ratings are sat on 34% as 55% hold an unfavourable view - leaving net favourability on -21%.
Although this is hardly a resounding margin of support, and he still trails Keir Starmer by 10%, it marks the first improvement in his rankings according to YouGov since he took office. His current position is also the highest it's been since November 14th, when it was -19%.
This all comes with the major caveat that it is just one poll - and one in which Labour did also see gains. Whilst the Conservatives still have a long way to go, this is progress for the party. No doubt Isaac Levido will hope this narrative of success is one they can build upon in the coming months.
