Help Us Prepare for Boundary Changes and the General Election

As the relaunched UK Polling Report approaches its first anniversary, we're looking to make some changes to the site in preparation for next year's general election. First of all, we need to prepare for the new electoral boundaries, adapting our database and re-engineering our models and the accuracy of our predictions. We also want to make some more substantial changes to our model - beyond the tweaks already introduced. On the agenda at the moment is a proportional model, and breaking down predictions by region or area. In particular, we're looking to introduce Scotland-specific and possibly Wales-specific predictions to account for the teething issues arising from the uniqueness of party arrays.

This is a significant task for Polling Report, as an independent, self-funded operation. As such, we're asking for any readers who feel willing if they would like to contribute to the website's development in the coming year. Any and all support is greatly appreciated, and helps us continue to provide the latest news, insights and analysis of the UK Polling Industry. It will also be useful as a barometer of the depth of interest in our site.
