Could You Write for UK Polling Report?

We are looking for someone to write for Polling Report from now until the election. This would suit a political science graduate or undergraduate looking for summer job. An ability to analyse polling data, write accessibly about it in an informative and entertaining fashion is required. Polling Report is a volunteer run venture though this will be paid thanks to the generosity of financial sponsors.

The role does include some data science aspects including data entry to the Polling Report candidate database, which is alarmingly incomplete and relies on readers to upload candidate details. This requires attention to detail.

The position would be full-time for six weeks and starting immediately. It is possible to work from your laptop or from a desk space in Westminster, London. Hybrid options and even job sharing are also possible. As you can imagine, given the election is on, this is a start straight away role.
